A Cut Above has designed its space and event venue with you as the bride in mind. We are focused on making your wedding exactly what you want. We will partner with you to schedule great caterers, amazing DJs, and the best photographers and videographers. And although we have plenty of recommendations for those services, A Cut Above provides you the freedom to book whoever you want. Our team of staff will work with you before the wedding to make sure that your special day runs flawlessly and that no detail is missed.
Our Wedding Venue Pricing
We specialize in events varying from a small gathering to a large wedding ceremony and reception, corporate meeting, Family gathering, Graduation open house, Birthday party etc… When you reserve our venue, you get a beautiful rustic venue with a lot of beautiful picturesque areas inside and outside.
These prices are good for the calendar year 2022 – 2023. We love working with all vendors! Reserve your favorite Caterer/Bartender or bring in your own already prepared food or alcohol with a licensed bartender.
*We accept Cash, Checks, or Cards with a 3.5% service fee. Please make checks out to “A Cut Above Event Center.”
Monday Thru Thursday Weddings
May-October (Peak Months) $300.00 per hour minimum 6 hours (set your own Event hours)
- All Weddings are Full day rental May-October 9:00 am to 11:00 pm $4,500.00
November-April (off season months) $250.00 per hour minimum 6 hours (set your own Event hours)
- All Weddings are Full day November-April 9:00 am to 11:00 pm $4,250.00
Friday, Saturday, Sunday Weddings
Friday, Saturday or Sunday Full Day Only (9:00 AM to Midnight) – Bar and Music ends at 11:00PM
- 2022 Peak Price May – October: $4500 2023 Peak Price $5,000
- 2022 Off Season Price November – April: $4250 2023 Off Season Price $4,750
Weddings and Events over 150 guests is an extra charge of $500.00
*All Vendors must be done by 11:00 pm, all clean-up must be completed and your party must be out by Midnight or you will forfeit your $250.00 damage deposit.
What's Included with our Venue
► Inside Reception Table and chairs set up -Tables, Chairs, and white linen are included for inside Reception. We have 125 folding chairs for the ceremony inside you set up and take down. For an outside ceremony, we have benches and chairs for 200 guests.
► Warming Kitchen for already prepared food – You have the freedom of bringing in your own caterer/bartender or your own food and alcohol. You may grill outside at our Venue. You must have a licensed bartender and provide us with a copy of their licenses.
► Alcohol – if you have alcohol at your event you will need to provide a Special Events Insurance Certificate for one million with A Cut Above Event Center as the Certificate holder (This is your responsibility).
► Grand Fireplace – only used in the Fall, Winter and Spring when temperatures are below 60 degrees
► Loft lounge – may be used for Bride and Bridesmaids dressing area
► Bathroom/waiting area – may be used for the Groom and Groomsman’s dressing area
► Upper outside deck – that oversees the beautiful grounds
► Lower outside patio – with built-in bar
► High top whisky barrel – sitting all around the venue
► Gazebo with fire pit -you bring your own wood and enjoy a s’more bar
► Arch and Covered bridge – with electric for having ceremonies
► Ceremony and Reception – can be held at our venue or you may have the ceremony off grounds
► 125 chairs for inside ceremony, you set up and take down – (Inside if your guest count is 125 or less, If you have more guest they will need to be seated at their table for your ceremony)
► Use of Outside heaters – is an extra charge of $250.00
► A $250.00 damage deposit – is also required additional to the rental fee and will be returned within two weeks if rental premises are in good and clean condition with no damage.
